Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include… Wilmington, Hillsboro, Blanchester, Sabina, Lynchburg, New Vienna, Morrow, Russell, Woodville, Maineville, Clarksville, Goshen, Martinsville, Midland, Highland, Butlerville, Pleasant Plain, St. Martin, Melvin, and State Route 123 at State Route 132.
